adjective clauses must have subject and a verb.it begins with a relative pronoun (who,whose,that ore which) oe a relative adverb (when,where or why).
Here are some more examples.
1.Ariel wears glasses.He looks smart.
We can say: Ariel who wears glasses looks smarts.
2.The girls has silky hair.She is my cousin.
We can say: The girls whose hair is silky is my cousin.
3.That helmet is Rosi's.It has double glasses and many stickers is Rosi's.
We can saya: The helmet that/which has double glasses and many stickers in Rosi's.
4.When did she move to Singapore?I didn't know.
We can say: I didn't know when shr moved to Singapore.
